VectorAspirations is run by IVAN D'ARLEY. Ivan is an experienced teacher, trainer, coach, & mentor, with a solid history of industry experience. Ivan has held Management & Leadership positions with high profile business organisations in sectors such as Construction, Engineering,  Maritime, and  the communications industry . He has held positions as a budget holder responsible for multi-million pound projects, and  has also Project Managed in both the Charity & Commercial Sectors developing training and business efficiency packages. Ivan has served worldwide with HM Forces and has also worked in the Offshore Diving Industry. In addition he has worked as a professional coach, working nationally and internationally.

Ivan went on to develop a successful career in the Education Sector both as a teacher and lecturer starting with teacher training then Business Studies and Math. Ivan also  holds a CELTA 5 in English teaching and now specialises in teaching business english His extensive qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Business & Finance and Masters Degree in Education from the University of Southampton.
